Now that I have answered your poll stating that my car doesn't drip, I hope it doesn't start to!!!

If they don't drip oil, they haven't any in there. They're 911's, after all

Dry .... but it did require a seal on the output shaft of the front diff, two cup washers on the left timing chain cover, and a " patch" of steel epoxy near the dowel pin locating trans case sections ....

None.

<edit>Forgot that I had a very, very minor main seal leak two years ago. I never noticed any dripping but my mechanic saw some weeping after the tranny needed to be removed for some minor work.

21,000 miles ago-front and rear seals leaked. Most likely from sitting long periods of time 21,000 miles later, not a drop after being fixed.

On the other hand, my 77 Bronco is another story. That has a couple minor seal leaks I have given up on for the most part.

A little bit hits the floor from what looks like the chain cover area after some use but its a very tiny amount and doesn't seem to do it all of the time. I just hit the area with some degreaser now and then and wipe it clean. No biggie! Its a heck of a lot better than my 928 was!

I get 1 or 2 drops after each drive, but not enough to justify doing anything about it. In fact, I haven't had to add any oil in almost 5000 miles since my oil change, last fall. Before I removed the engine tray, I could have checked "Some seepage, but nothing hits the deck".

Both dry (no drops).
But weeping on lower covers of 964 (@ 136k miles). Its just well lubricated- but on the outside Nothing worth fussing over at this point however.
