If using torch heat, be careful of the rubber rack mount right behind the bolt.

Thanks for the suggestions. I soaked it with PB Blaster and will give it another shot next weekend. If that doesn't work, it's going to a professional. I don't want to strip the bolt and I'm not getting anywhere near my car with a torch - outside my expertise.

I used a long (4 inch) allen head wrench with a 12 inch pipe (for leverage).
