It is definitely cheaper if you already a turbo bumper, but for those with the NB bumper that want to make the change, this may be the way to go. Now, with that said, I elected to buy a standard turbo bumper from a fellow rennlister and fill the holes myself. I am not sure how far ahead I'll be, because the body shop is still going to charge me to strip the old color, do the final prep and spray which will be more $$ than just prepping and spraying a new bumper. If I had them fill the holes too, I might not be ahead at all if I only paid $1150.
