Matt ,
I really apologise if the discussion upset you !

At the start I was interested to see if you have checked the switch down on the clutch pedal , under the carpet.
If that isnt working that will give you the cruise rev problem.

Once again , sorry if you didnt enjoy the rest !!!

Geoff

Red Rooster, don't worry about me... I firmly believe that if it aint broke, no worries. If and when something breaks (and it will), I'll fix it. And make it better!

In my experience, enthusiasts like us can get completely embroiled in lore, myth, speculation, anticipating what might happen - while losing sight of the big picture.

I have a killer 993. It runs like a top. Looks like a million bucks. Will do double street/DE duty startig August. Man, I'm a lucky guy.

PPashley, popcorn is for toddlers. Big boys eat meat.

Kidding aside Thank you all for the sincere discussion. Learned a lot and I love this place even more every day.

Cheers~!

Hey Matt,

Sorry for totally going off on a tangent on you. We get a little excited about some topics...I hope that you got your question answered.

Speaking of meat, a nice porterhouse would go with the Centenario Anejo I am sipping right now... time to fire up the BBQ!

A man after my own heart... my 40 day aged rib, medium rare on charcoal w/ a nice Chateau Castera is settling in just nice!

--a tad off topic, but the 944S evidently bangs into the rev limiter the instant you press the clutch with the cruise on. Thought you guys might find that interesting...
