there's one point where it sounds like he makes 4 quick downshifts in pretty rapid succession. Even if it's pre-arranged, he's pretty good. Fun!

Looks like his car commands some serious respect on the course. If he is blowing past other othe TT's, GT3's on the inside/outside turns, what's he driving? Great video, thanks for sharing.

It's definitely Leh Keen. If you look at threads from last year's WG race, you can see a link for WMV file he made available. There's a qualifying lap and the last to first video.
