Alvin,
On the ducts... my vote is for the simpler ducts without lights that you have now. I had the turbo S ducts and replaced them with the simpler ones like you use. Perfect with the headlight washer delete, the Ruf mirrors, the shaved gutters... simpler, cleaner, nicer. But your taste is immpecable, so this is just one guy's opinion.

Alvin,
If you're not happy woth stiff, you may want to reconsider the TRG bars. They are big mammas, and very stiff. Do you have the Ruf adjustable rear bar? That is a really nice piece.

no I think I just have the stock bars. my 993tt has pss9 and the trg sway bars and they seem to be ok. better ride than my c4s. If I could get the same ride as my 993tt Ill be happy.

Ok,
I just got back from Alvin's & got to see the Yellow car. This was the first time I saw the beast since before it went in for it's makeover and let me say that the thing is brand new. It looks great, no corners cut, inside & out the car is fantastic. I got to drive it- first time driving a 993 with LWF & RS clutch- and I was impressed. For a regular guy like me, something simple like that is enough, but since Alvin's other toys have way more juice, I can see why he wants to go big, 800hp big. When I had my flywheel and clutch replaced I made the mistake of not knowing about the LWF/RS clutch upgrade and went with OEM dual mass- mistake! I should've been a rennlister before I bought the 993 as many are, but I wasn't, oh well.
Back to the yellow car... I saw it when he first got it with the intention of putting all the RUF parts on his black 993tt, and I'm not one to dog someone's car but I must say that the difference is night and day. Everything fits better and the finish is great. Now it seems to me that the previous owner had all the right stuff (since many of the parts were carried over from the PO) and the right ideas, just didn't have the right craftsmanship to put it all together. That goes to show you how much you need to value your body shop. I don't think this car was ever a "poser", it just wasn't finished. Alvin added the final touches to the car and got rid of some bs along the way making it his own.
A couple other things... I should've bought the same side mirrors while my car was in the shop, too late now, but I really like the look of them! That and I should've had my rain gutters deleted!!!![cherrsagai](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/drink.gif)
It was cool having two of the more (maybe most) body mod'd 993's in the same garage side by side, maybe Alvin will post some photos.
