I think the 997 GT3 is beautiful. Is it just me?

The 997 GT3 is awesome. But it's not really blasphemy to suggest that here, since, correct me if I'm wrong (lord knows my wife doesn't hesitate), the GT3 motor is still the split case unit derived from the 911 GT1, which was derived from our air-cooled motor. The heads and cylinders are obviously different to support water-cooling, but it's the only split-case motor left in the street arsenal, I think.

Three Wheelin'
997GT3 and the GT3RS are my two favorite 911s of all time in terms of appearance. They are visually stunning in pictures but I have yet to see one in the flesh.

Kind of depressed right now letting the 993 go, but it looks like it's going to a good home. Funny, the owner of the shop just sold his 993 yesterday and was feeling the same way when I dropped it off for the PPI this morning. Maybe they will find a problem and the buyer will back out. I wouldn't be too upset. I really didn't think it would sell so fast...
