Default Reusing brake vibration dampeners

A short while ago, I redid the rotors, pads, vibration dampeners on my 96 Targa. Made mistake of using Pagid pads, and car stops great, but squeals like crazy. I've purchased another set of OEM pads from the dealer and will change them soon.
Can the vibration dampeners be reused, maybe 1000 miles on them?

Make sure they haven't become saturated with squeals first. There's a factory tool for checking squeal saturation.

+1.

If the squeal saturation limit is attained (depending on your zipcode), you can only dispose off at the dealer,
