1997 & 1998 993 C2S Fair Market Value

What is the "average" selling price for a 1997 and 1998 993 C2S? Is Kelly Blue Book or other rating systems accurate when appraising these cars?

Throw the Kelly Blue Book in the cylindrical filing cabinet....
The market seems to be averaging 45-55k based on mileage/mods/documentation.

I've seen a 1998 C2S from low $30's to mid $80's....depends on color, transmission, condition, miles, options, etc.
