Can anyone help with an alignment shop in the Detroit area?

I wouldn't recommend AutoEurope. They do not have the kinematic toe tools. The guys answering the phones might say they do because they hear "kinematic toe" and think it is just "toe". But, we all know it "ain't".

You have two practical choices:

a Porsche Dealership (Lavery), but if the car is lowered, they have a hard time with it.

I would personally recommend EuroTec Motors in Ann Arbor. They are a race prep shop, only. They do an incredible job of alignment set up.

Jeff,

Found what you indicated was accurate. AutoEurope has my car & no kinematic tool. To their credit they are borowing the tool as I pressed the fact that the person that answered the phone indicated that they preform the kinematic toe adjustment. They do seem qualified ie corner balancing.

Good luck. I'd be curious how it goes.

Be sure to really put it to the test afterward--it should provide confidence-inspiring cornering when the KT is properly set.
