TYNUSKT: Yes, whatever the board deems a "great new mod" is the one I'll do next. I'm thinking about a non-appearance mod, like ... uh, and I'm afraid to admit this to you guys in print, but my car has the original shocks and suspension. I know they're supposed to go bad at around 25k-30k mi and my car has 75k miles, but I've never done anything in that dept. My mechanic drove my car at 65k mi and said it was fine, that I didn't need to spend the money. If only I knew how bad it is compared to what it could be, then I might be sold.

As soon as you or someone else drives my car and lets me know that my shocks and springs are history, shot, kaput, damaged goods, shmegula, been there served that, long gone, wasted away, dangerously bad, etc

When you pulled that u-turn at the top of Rt. 29, I really thought the car was headed for the nearest ditch. Somehow the suspension felt very unstable and dangerous. Did you hear the loud 'clunking' when we went over the speed bumps? Definitely a sign of failed catastrophic seals within the old shocks. I would keep the car garaged until you've ordered the new suspension.

Yeah, I know, the underneath of my front spoiler has seen better days...
Love them cute bumperettes. They really protect the car in case someone just happens to hit me from the side, at an oblique angle, at just that particular angled corner spot.
I can't believe I thought these bumperettes would protect my front end when I thought about it from behind my computer screen. It wasn't till we got the ducts in that I realized the bumperettes do nothing to protect the front of the car. I can't believe I never really noticed this before. I still like them. 
I realize these pics would have looked alot better taken in front of a big beautiful house, or a country garden setting, maybe a desert highway or mountain backdrop. Tonight, I didn't have that option.
Peace out folks. Time to start saving for shocks and suspension. Does this ever end? There's always sport seats. Yummmmm... sport seats.

Steve, nice job with the new ducts. 
You may want to consider upgrading the fog lights to driving lights.
My ducts just returned from the paint shop and I am currently working on a small project to install 55W PIAA driving lights.
I'll post a few progress photos...

Do you guys have the OEM Turbo S ducts that came with the non-effective driving lights? This is what I have and have been looking to swap out the lights with real fog lights. Is it the 55W PIAA lights that you used? How hard/easy was the swap?

I indeed have the Porsche ducts that came with the firefly-power lights. The previous owner installed a set of PIAA 1100 X lamps (or something like that). I've never inspected how the lights were fitted to the ducts - for fear of finding sub-par shadetree engineering.
I'll take your firefly lights if you go this route.
