It probably will, but not without spacers.. ET40 is the normal WB offset (given a 10" rim) and ET65 is the rear offset for a NB (given a 10" rim). I am assuming you are talking rear fitment here . Front should be somewhere between ET46 and 52 depending on rim width. So if you put on for example 17mm spacers in the rears, it should work.. Any pictures of the wheels in question?

That is a narrowbody offset that keeps the same inboard clearance and reduces the outboard fender clearance by 1/2" (compared to a factory twist 18x10" ET65). While not ideal this wheel will fit your widebody cab as it but will look a bit funny....if you want it to fill the wheelwells you will need to add a 1" spacer.

Can I ask why not? Not trying to be a smart -ss but just wondering what you are concened about. My (all) C2S's came with spacers standard on ther rear from the factory with 17" wheels.

Regards

Just one more variable. That and I don't think they have studded spacers as thin as I'd need.

1" studded spacers are very, very available. I'll add that Ruf only builds NB wheels, so all of the WB cars use a 1" spacer. No big deal.

Thanks Steve. I just wasn't sure if running a spacer was a good idea or not. Also, would I need a one inch spacer or a thinner one?

Also, Porsche does not "approve" 19" wheels on the 993. Not quite sure what the reasons are, but they are careful to say what tire and wheel sizes they think are OK. I think you'd get a crummier ride without much upside (looks or performance) over 18".

Allill, since 10,5" rims are not very common on p93 cars, I have a hard time picturing what spacer-width to run. My educated guess was 17mm (i.e 2/3 inch) but I think David in L.A knows more about this than I do so I think a 1inch spacer would be ok(?). However, I normally don't like 19inch wheels on a p93 with a few exceptions, RUF wheels being one of them (love 'em Steve, especially with those yellow calipers against the arena red car, stunning!). So I would go for a 18x11" wheel without spacers if its possible. My personal fav. is the RH 3.6 Wheel, which is available in 18x11" ET40, fits perfectly without spacers.. Btw Allill, I really like the looks of your WB cab, one of a kind beauty!!

A 1/2" spacer would get you back to stock dimensions, approximately. This offset is 18mm less, add the .25" of the wheel width to the outer edge, and you end up about 12mm narrower than stock.

Quick Reply: rear 19x10.5 with 58 offset, will it fit a widebody?
