Leland Pate is my HERO. LPMM just completed!
Oh my God. Everyone that had this done was right. My pipes sound awesome. I couldn't keep my foot out of the gas coming home. But the sound is so easy to control if you stay off the throttle. (I don't make a wake in my own cove)
And here is the best part....$75 donor mufflers (thanks rennlister ppressle), $30 piece of ss pipe from Burns Stainless, $90 install at my local Porsche shop.....sound of a $1,500 system for $195--Priceless.
I used 2" pipe.
I think everyone that has done the LPMM should kick in and pay Leland's Rennlist dues for the next 5 years. I'll help organize the LPMM didn't have a patent membership fund.
