OK...the time has come to sell my 993. Im pained by it and I want it to be over quickly. I got a heck of a deal on it when I bought it and figured it would be cool to pass the deal on to someone else, especially a fellow rennlister.

96 993 C2 Coupe, Tiptronic. Dark Blue with grey Leather, premium sound, cd changer, rear wiper, chrome wheels, recent budget tires, no wrecks, no paint repairs, non smoker. Runs and drives great, no leaks. A few little flaws like some stone chips, a loose window switch and a need for a seat cable on the drivers side...just little stuff. Had a leak down test done about 1500 miles ago and all was good, new spark plugs done at the same time. Unfortunately no service history, but the Carfax shows California ownership since new. Has all manuals and tools and even the gloves for your tire changes.

I will miss it, but I will get another one some day. (Im keeping my 356 though...I have my priorities!)

Well SCAT came out today to see it...overall seemed very pleased with the car. He did notice a possible paint touch up spot on the drivers side back fender that I didnt see before, but it's obvious it wasnt a big repair. He's going home to give his wife the sales pitch...hopefully that will go well.

Had another local Rennlister inquiry today too...looks like it will go quickly.

A few pangs of "oh no...there it goes" but I think Im ready for it. As long as a fellow enthusiast gets it and not some schmuck, I will feel good about it.

Hi,fellows,I met Randy today, a genuine nice guy , car was as described in the ad,so it looks like I am going ahead with the purchase.Car needs a few things here and there but thats to be expected.
Driving up to Randys house you pass thru some very nice scenery;wineyards with some A1restaurants, nice golf course, and a windy road with some nice curves to practice your driving skills.Also I noticed that a lot of people raise horses.A nice drive to say the least.

Great news Adrian! I spoke with Randy this afternoon as well. As my wife and I were leaving to have a look at it, something came up and we couldnt go.
