Default Help, what brackets for Corbeau A4 seats

Greetings,

Im in the process of ordering a pair of Corbeau A4s with D brackets (D244SBT and D245SBT) and doble-locking sliders. I am concerned that the supplier keeps asking questions such as floorpan measurements to send to corbeau and see if the A4 and brackets will fit.

Does anyone have the corbeau A4s on their 993 and what specific brackets are you using?

I do know the corbeau bracket guide suggests the D244SBT and D245SBT brackets so I would like to hear from anyone that has Corbeau intalled on their 993.

Thanks!!!

Hello Francisco,

I have the Corbeau CR1s in my 96 and have the D244SBT and D245SBT brackets.

Let me know if I can possibly help in anyway.

This is very good to hear, so with the D244SBT and D245SBT the installation was bolt on with no fabrication? If the answer is yes I guess I will tell the vendor to just send me the order and stop asking questions, it is almost like they don't want to sell.

Corbeau vendor options welcomed.

Really appreciate your response..thanks

The brackets fit without any mods but it was a tight fit. The brackets have an L shaped piece welded on the tunnel side that take the place of the seat belt anchor point that is on the stock seats. In my car the L shape piece fits tight agianst the tunnel carpet.

Are you adding a harness also?

Yes, I am planning on adding a harness but in the very near future so I am hoping to use the factory seat belts in the mean time.
