"06" Ford F-150 (DD, kid hauler & Home Depot Runner)
Purchased from the garage with a fax machine, phone, sunday football and some bud light... needed the bud light, to ease the pain of buying a Ford. I just couldnt have any sales person see me drive up to a Ford lot with any idea that I'm trading my Porsche in on a Ford. (GT 40.. Cool Car, but still.... )
1st pic: making sure terms where correct
2nd pic: deal is done.
I drove him back to the dealership in the p-car
PS - For the money its a decent truck, and yes there are cracker crumbs, lollie pop juice, cereal crumbs and everything else in this thing, and I dont give a rats a$$

Here are a couple of my cars from over the years...
The first pic is from the past summer. From left to right is my 993 (before front end respray and RS wing were added last month), my 1978 VW bus (soon to be featured on eBay as soon as the weather picks up) and my 540i 6-speed daily driver.
The second pic is from the summer of 2003. From left to right are a 1991 MR2 turbo I bought for $3,000 which I fixed up into an autocross car, my 1989 635csi daily driver and my 1996 M3. All great cars and all missed...you can't keep em' all.
I also had a 1995 E320 at some point. Nice enough car, but I had to get back into a BMW for daily driving.

Here's my beater for daily use I think I'm just about as **** with this car as the TT, except for the weather issue. Daily Driver has no choice, cause when you gotta go... you gotta go.
My favorite pic is the last one. My four year old boy always asks me why the Porsche has a happy look on his face and the BMW looks mad. I told him the Porsche is happy because he's faster, the BMW is mad because he knows it too. Regardless, both of my boys love riding in the M5 almost as much as the TT, but they definitely ask for the Porsche first. I think I've spoiled them.

They will rust out in short order and it is a very expensive repair. I hate to pour salt all over your winter car but i thought you should know.
I don't have any pictures of my black/black M6 scanned it was before digital. I have sinced owned a 5-series wagon, two 7-series and we now have an X5 4.4.

The 6er is going in for some touch up work this summer to get 'er back to pristine condition. I'll see what happens next winter.
It's tough to leave the brand we know as BMW - if only for the fact that once you've owned them you appreciate the passion the engineers have for them (the stylists have passion too - not sure that I'm on the same plane with them lately ). You could almost see these guys figuring out the best bits and designing them. I remember an interview - it might have been with Berndt - where he said that all BMWs will always have a traction control defeat button - and they've held true to that. Cool...
