Im just going to pretend there are M030's and put some HD's in.
I cant make heads or tails of the sticker inside the hood. I see nothing that refers to suspension. Here's the entire sticker.
1. VIN-not needed.
2 Type/Type Description 993 130
3 Engine/Trans Code-Co2 XC8 X31 437 438
4 Paint Interior L741 LT
5. Opitional equipment
CO2 XC8 X31 437 438
445 454 490 850 694
09991
I can find more about the ashtray than suspension in the owners manual. Suspension not even in the owners manual

The options list is in section 5 - no 030 so you have regular springs. You have some exclusive options, though - Charlie Kindel's option decoder finds:
Code Option Description
09991 manufacture from the exclusive-programme
437 Comfort seat left
438 Comfort seat right
445 Wheel Rim Caps with Porsche Crest
454 Automatic speed control
490 Hi-Fi sound system
X31 Light Rootwood Parking Brake Lever (standard with Y59)
XC8 Light Rootwood Gear Shift **** (standard with Y59)

So what are "regular" springs? If I wanted to order plain old stock springs, what words would I use to reference them? "Ah yea, just give me those regular springs please."

The M030 springs are no stiffer...front 150 Lbs/in the rears about 300 Lbs/In. They are just shorter and allow you to lower the car. The M030 (RoW) lowers the car a little more, about the same stiffness on the springs.
If you go Bilstein HD, M030 RoW front sway bar 22mm and Euro 993 TT rear sway bar of 21mm...you have a rock and roll ride.
I have a pdf file and an Excel file...the pdf is too large to post. If you want my research on springs, PM me.

For a US car with US springs, the ONLY two springs that are available (assuming non-turbo) are:
Front Springs:
USA M032: 964.343.531.11 - Green
USA M030 & Turbo: 964.343.531.12 - Orange
Rear Springs:
USA M032: 993.333.531.18* - Gold/Yellow or 993.333.531.19* - Silver
USA M032 Carrera S/4S: 993.333.531.18 - Gold/Yellow
USA M030: 993.333.531.13 - Light Blue
* Depending on vehicle equipment: With or without air conditioner in combination with wheel size and transmission version.
Therefore, if you do not have the 030 option code, then you have the "stock springs" which are MO32.
Although the initial spring rate of the stock MO32 springs may measure near to the initial spring rate of the MO30 springs (either US or ROW), the difference lies in that the MO32 springs are linear rate (the spring rate will remain constant during deflection) while the MO30 springs (again ROW or US) are progressive rate (the spring rate will increase during deflection). The effect is a similar ride quality between the MO32 and MO30 springs during straight travel and/or small road bumps, but improved handling using the MO30 springs (i.e. during cornering when the springs begin loading up from the increased force).
The difference between ROW and US springs of the same model (i.e US MO30 vs ROW MO30) is the overall length.
(a side note to those reading this in the future--the US MO32 springs are equivalent to the ROW MO33 springs, as they both have the same linear spring rate, but the ROW MO33 are shorter for lower ride height.)
