My car is in dire need of cosmetic surgery. I'm tired of seeing the growths on the nose of my beautiful 993? Is it acne or cancer?
I’ve heard replacement of the original lamps with Euro turn signals and Turbo S brake ducts is all you need. Can anyone validate that? Is there any body work required?
My car thanks you as she wants to get through adolescence.

Need to fill in the slot cutout for the bumperettes. Remove a bumperette and you'll see what I mean. John D has a nice DIY write up for the body work. No need for the Turbo ducts as the factory fogs fit just right, but that would be a personal choice. You would need the clear euro turn signals, which are around $120. Figure about $600 for the body shop to finish up the body work and re-spray the whole bumper cover, assuming that you pull it and put it back on.
Just got done doing a turbo bumper cover. Worked out great. Don't think I'd bother doing it on a stock cover unless I was going to add some sort of splitter at the same time. (IMHO)

I'm probably in the minority but I'm not that big a fan of the ducts. They break the lines of the chin IMO.
Having said that, I'm not a fan of the plain vanilla front bumper and I hate the bumperettes. Originally I thought of going with a turbo bumper but then decided to stay with the original, add splitters and get clear signals. As soon as I get around to taking it to the shop, this is what my car's front end will look like...
