Depends on the condition of the car. My full details start at $750.00 and can go to $1200.00. They usually take a solid week or more. My details aren't the average $100.00 drop off and pick up later that day details. I guess my past posts and pictures show what I do.

Mike:

ALL is looking well. Your appreciation for detail, whether in work, communication or service, is no less than exceptional.

Thank you.

I feel like I will never want to drive the damn thing after this though LOL!!!!!!!

Jukelemon:

Glad you like it. The shocks will be going on today or Tuesday. I will take pics of that install as well so you can see the progress. Car should be ready later in the week.

Be careful with that car, Mike. It's a C4 Cab, which we all know are obviously more special than all those "run of the mill" 993s.

Tough crowd. I will keep that in mind. C4 Cabs also take longer to detail

How do you get the lines in the carpet? That looks great!

As you clean the carpet and/or vacuum the carpet, change direction of each stroke (go down for one, go up for one, repeat).

Doesn't seem like that would last. The carpet in my 997 looked like that all the time. I wonder if steam or something else would prove more durable.

Jeff:

Had many PM's on the carpet procedure:

It's much easier than that and very easy to do.

1. Take a stiff bristle brush (A CLEAN ONE) and brush the carpet toward the front of the car making all the nap going in one direction.

2. take the brush (the narrow end) and pull back in a straight line against the nap. this will give you the stripe look.

Make sure the carpet and brush are clean (very important) as well as the carpet being dry.

That's it. People always flip out over the stripes. Most people think it's done with a vacuum cleaner or a carpet cleaner. All it is is a 2.99 brush.

Pic 1 - brush all nap in same direction
Pic 2 - pull brush against nap
Pic 3 - finished product

No more secrets will be disclosed

Mike,

Free skiing in Park City for life if you come out and do my car. You are the master! The wife and
I will move in with her parents for as long as you need the place. (you will never realize what a sacrifice that is)

LOL. Some of the coolest things are the easiest to do. Thanks for the skiing offer. I will give it some serious thought.
