i really want this, thanks. The intercooler looks real small in that pic for some reason, does not look like the stock TPC intercooler. Am i missing something.

ROFL, that doesn't instill much confidence!! Ha ha.

Apparently it's being sold by Perfect Power here in chicago. They're pretty hit-or-miss from what I've seen.

I'd be really careful about this auction considering the seller doesn't know what a freakin intercooler looks like. If I were interested I'd definitely call them.

The big 'black' part in that picture is the intercooler (liquid to air). The other 'oil' cooler is for the front of the car where the water is supposed to get cooled back down (via air from the front).

The listing was pulled... I'd be curious to see what the used prices are these things. I've driven a 964 w. a TPC SC and it was a lot of fun! I'm tempted to get one for the right price...

S4,

Are you saying that you purchased this kit for $5,500?

The photo in the auction is of an intercooler (it's just been painted black):

Here's the intercooler kit from TPC's site:

http://www.tpcracing.us/products/sup...arger_kit.html

The whole setup would cost $11,500 new, so if you got it for $5,500 and it's all functional you definitely got a great deal. Congratulations!

yes, they said that they also placed a damper on the tensioner to stop it from bouncing and beefed up the mounts
