Ruf = Form follows function
Gemballa = Form is over the top

After lots of research I'd say go either Protomotive or Ultimate Motorwerks, no question. In fact, I went with both.
Soooo much more bang for buck than the others mentioned.

Ruff & Protomotive get my nod. I think most Gemballa stuff is ugly and waaaaayyyyyy over done not to mention unfunctional. IMHO, if it don't make it go faster, stop better, corner better or provide downforce, why do it?

Protomotive stage II

Did you get your work done with Todd in CA or after he moved? Sounds like you were pretty happy with their work. Any specific comments?

I like RUF myself, typical understated Teutonic Elegance as somebody said about something....heck I don't recallif it was referring to Mies von der Rohe, Bauhaus, Porsche or something else.

Anybody see the Carrera GT modified by Gemballa in the latest Excellence that just came this week? Talk about over the top....

Ruf is better at the game than Porsche. Gemballa is on par with Mashaw.

Seems to be nearly unanimous...RUF. Does this apply to engine upgrades, or the entire range of products, i.e., wheels, interior components, etc?

the gemballa stuff seems so outdated vs the ruf stuff seems classic. gemballa is just too much.
