About 2 months ago a piece of metal cut through the side of my car in front of the rear tire. I have yet to get if fixed and I am surprised that there is no rust. The car has been through rain and snow. Are these panels made of Aluminum or something else?

Also, I figured if I have to get the side painted it might be a good time to do a little more and possibly put on side rocker panels. Can anyone suggest where to find these?

I can see bare metal where the hole is. Shouldn't it have started to rust by now?
