Can you transform a993nac2 into a993tt?What are the body differences between the two?I have a96 996 c2 and an opportunity to get a totalled 96 TT
I know the rear flares are different .I am esp. concerned about all other brackets welded on the body of car to make it4wd.I already own a993c2 but I just bought another 993c2 that is salvage due to engine catching on fire.
I will do all the work(electrical,mechanical,body).So this is duable?

from what i have heard on this board.... from knowledgeable-types, which i am not... i can summarize:

- almost anything is possible with money, so i guess yes... you could could do the transformation
- the transformation you describe would be far more expensive then just selling your c2 and buying a 993tt
- if you long for the two wheel rear drive turbo feel, even a 3.6 would probably end up cheaper than the 993 transformation... or move to a 930, and modify away to increase HP

Couldnt you also just buy a Turbo and remove the front portion of the awd system?
