I have a 96 Targa and my drivers side seat will recline but it won't return to the upright position. I can hear the motor operating, but no movement. I'm thinking that the seat shaft for that particular movement is stripped.

If that's the problem, how do I get to it? What else can it be?

Does anyone have a schematic diagram of the seat that shows all the parts and where they are located?
