Default BBS RS GT Wheels
I finally had a chance to take a couple pictures this AM of the car with the new wheels I bought from a fellow Rennlisters. These are 18" BBS RS GT wheels with the center in Diamond black finish.
I fitted them with a set of Mich PS2s in 235/40 and 275/35. It s taking me a bit of time to get used to them as I used to ride on 19's.
The 19's looked great and really filled the wheel wells but I found they looked a bit too "bling" because of the shiny lip. These BBS wheels, I find looked much less blingy on the 993.
The best part of course is the saving in unsprung weight!!
I find the ride so much more confortable.

1st picture is of the 19's. Rest is the BBS.
Opinions.

They look awesome. I really like them - hence the set I have on my car. Enjoy.

touf,

They look great.... now you'll be faster. So whatever happen with the potential move to TX?

The new wheels do look good. I don't think your old wheels looked too "bling". What is the make/model of the old wheels and are you going to sell them?
