Default JIC Cross Suspension

Been looking at a PSS9 upgrade somewhere down the road and someone mentioned a JIC Cross set up.

Anyone using that set up? Any thoughts?

I went w/ JIC for several reasons
spring rates
more robust adjusters
remote adjusters in the back
monoball mounts
more differentiable adjustments

I'm super happy w/ the result.

There can be an issue w/ the droplinks in the back w/ TRG bars, maybe others. But there are solutions.

I have both. After having the PSS-9s on my 993 for a year or two, I went with JIC-Cross on the 964 for all the reasons Bill mentions. The PSS-9 are a PITA to adjust and there are no "clicks" that a resaonable person can feel.

I second (third??) both Bill and Tom.

I run the JIC on my TT and highly recommend them. The adjustablilty and the second ride height adjuster is what did itfor me - along with the camber plates..... My camber plates are maxed out - but I have a solution for that too.

I also had a great experience with them on my Skyline GTR.

DO IT!

Simon.

I have a set of 2ea 7, 8, 10 and 12 main springs

The cost of a full set is comparable to PSS9

I don't understand these measurements. How does it correspond in lbs/in?

Who is a good vendor for these and is the street ride harsh or in the same range as the Pss9's?

I guess a 6F and 9R will make this very streetable indeed especially with the helper springs. Good info.

can't wait to install mine!!

What did it for me was several of the track rats here use them and they come with camber plates. Plus, I have used JIC FLA's on my Mazda and have nothing but nice things to say about them. Only downside is you have to send them back to Japan for rebuild.

Anyone want to buy a M030 setup?
