front tt & rear rs brake upgrade. what about the MC?
Greetings all.
I'm considering upgrading to the front TT rear RS brake set up. I'm to the point where I am going to be in need of pads & rotors regardless, so I'm using this excuse to justify the upgrade. I believe I have all the info on the parts & part numbers. Please correct me if the below info is not correct.
My main concern is what about the Master Cylinder? Did you guys also update to a TT master cylinder? I don't think the upgrade is necessary but just curious if anyone has done this & what their experience with pedal feel is.
Front:
993.351.425/426.10 - Caliper - Carrera RS
993.351.045/046.00 - Brake disc - Carrera RS
Rear:
993.352.425/426.80 - Caliper - Carrera RS
993.352.045/046.00 - Brake disc - Carrera RS
Cheers,
Kyle.

The tt and RS have an elctro-hydraulicly boosted 25.4mm m/c rather than the vacuum boosted 23.8mm std m/c. You can transplant it in, but it is a lot of work for a lot of $ and little benefit.
The benefit being a slightly higher & harder pedal.
