C2 Tyres?????

Hi guys

gonna get new tyres all round

does anyone know the correct tyres sizes for the front and rear of a C2 Tip ?

stock wheels? should be right on your door tag, but think it may be 205/45/17 255/40/17. Do a search, it will be quite revealing.

Or if your car has the optional 18", they will be 225/40-18 and 265/35-18 for the rear.

This is assuming that you are refering to a 993 C2...

if you stick with 17" wheels then a 225/45/17 front with 255/40/17 rear is a better combo.

I went with 225/45R17 fronts and 255/40R17 rears, and it is rather nice (245F and 285R would be better but would need new rims and a bit of lowering to make it fit). Previously had 215/45R17 and 255/40R17. Understeer was noticeably reduced with the bigger rubber up front
