This may not be a bad deal. I had a 911 (80SC) that was stored in a warehouse and someone broke in with a baseball bat and trashed the front and interior, plus all of the windows. The insurance company repaired it along with a complete fender off respray for $15,000. This was four years ago. Car now is perfect. I'd check this engine out, but if that's fine...maybe go for it.

It doesn't look that bad either. There is a lot of memory in the metal on these cars. The only bad thing is the hood. Hopefully it can be repaired or you loose the options sticker which can be a dead giveaway. I don't think you need any new fenders or fender off repair. If you find a shop that has experience with 993's they can do a great job with very little filler. Now the engine is another issue.
