Default Anybody running 10-spoke 996 wheels on thier 993? Pics?

Hey,

I am wondering if the 10 spoke wheels from the 2002 996 would work on our cars and if anybody has pics of their car wearing them. If you needed spacers, I'd like to know that. I am allergic to spacers.

Here's the ones I'm considering... they didn't post offset info or parts numbers.

This.

I've spent a quite a bit of time searching the forums and I can't seem to determine if these are bolt-on-and-go in the same way that the 5-spoke MY'02 wheels are (which are 18"s ... these are 17"s).

Anyone know?

There's a high probability the answer is a "yes." I could confirm that with the offsets.

They may be 50 and 55 if the information in this post is true ...

Serious question:
If one stock 996NB wheel works on a 993, why wouldn't another? Did Porsche run spacers as stock on any NB wheels?

I would assume as much, I'm just trying to make absolutely certain before I lay down my hard-won bread for new wheels.

I am running 17-inch 10-spoke 996 wheels on my 993. And yes it matches perfectly without having extra spacers or anything. Photos here:

Seems like they're basically MY02's with twice the spokes. I almost got a set from eBay a while back but couldn't quite sell myself on them...seeing your car, I kinda wish I had, those look pretty good!

Ha! Excellent. Thanks for sorting this out for me in short order, everyone!

Now I just need to decide if I want 17" 10-spokers or 17" Sport Classics or 18" 5-spokers

Hmm ...
