Default Gemballa Steering wheel on a 993

Anyone familiar with this steerling wheel - few questions..

1) will it fit the 993 - anything special i need to know.
2) 2 listings i've seen for this on ebay say "air-back" i'm assuming thats some form of broken english for air bag? i definitely want an air bag (necessary for the way i drive-not good)
3) anyone know if this exact wheel can be ordered with a porsche crest vs the gemballa lettering.. haven't seen any of this on any gemballa sponsorded website but i may be looking in the wrong places.
4) where's the best place to buy this thing?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GEMBA...spagenameZWDVW

Thanks as usual..
MR

Nice wheel but it's also expensive. Gert has a similar wheel available (I think it's nicer) and I went for the FVD Daytona. I believe all 3 are 340mm which is perfect size IMO. You will also need the hub. If memory serves, the Gemballa wheel is several hundred dollars more than the others and is only available through Gemballa USA.

Thanks - I hadn't seen the FVD Wheel i may go that way.
Other than price why do you like Gert's wheel better than the Gembala? I buy from Carnewal - they're great but the Gemballa wheel and the FVD wheels have a little more shape to them.

RE: the 340mm size. Do you know what size is the standard 993 Wheel?

Cool Check AJ USA....

They have a great air bag wheel...it's on my car. They usually have the wheel on sale at Christmas...

365mm is standard. Just my opinion that the Gemballa wheel with aluminum accents fits better with the 996/996tt interior. It's certainly a very nice wheel.

I wish! Unfortunately the stock wheel is 380mm.
