Nicest 993 I've seen yet
Guys,
I am still in search of a c4s...I just went to see one. Owned by an old man that bought it off his friend. polar silver c4s with sports seats...stock, no upgrades, no other options except . Body and interior look mint to me....just eeds a mechanical inspection.
1996, 22,000 Miles........or 35,000KM
He said he changed the clutch, and the rack and pinion. Also said there was a humidity build up and therefore chnaged all the seals around the engine.
He carries around oil becuase very few weeks he checks to see if he needs to top it off, however there are no leaks.....
claims the car is mint....
whats your thoughts on his comments and on the car?

ps He is going to let me know tomorrow if the 1st potential buyer to see the car is taking it or not.

Never buy from an "old" man.

"Humidity" may be a euphamism for moisture, which is a colloquialism for water, which the car may have been under. 
PPI for sure.
Lots of cars from New Orleans had a humidity buildup.
