Veusvio only on an S?

Veusvio only on an S?
From what I have read via a search it appears that Vesuvio Metallic was only offered on the S. I only saw references to C2S and C4S with this color.
Can anyone confirm this?

Vesuvio came on the Carrera S only.
exactly 20% of 1997 1998 carrera S cars came in vesuvio.
mirrors, grill, and 17" wheels came metal grau on the vesuvio exclusively.
I can get the metal grau code if anyone needs it.

Thanks for the info... I guess I won't keep my search to Vesuvio Met. only then. Hard to come by and I'm not that patient.

seeing cars like this in the 40's is making me real jumpy... wish i was up for another 993... damn beautiful car whether it needs a little work or not. jimho...

It states it's a C2-S, read the fine print.

I wonder if one ordered the TTS aero kit on a Vesuvio, would the tail "grille" be come painted to match the contrasting mirrors, etc... the grille on the car without the tail is painted.

The grille in the Aerokit II tail is body color, not the same as the mirrors and door handles. Though I suppose one could make a special request at time of order (or paint it afterwards). I'm not sure how that would look; personally I like the body color for the grille.
