Anybody has some used upper valve covers for sale, they dont have to be perfect,just need them for a project.Please let me know.

What torque wrench do you use that has such small values? I've looked, and the lowest I've seen starts at 10 lbs/ft. Thanks

1/4" drive torque wrenches go to inch-pounds.

Of course. I've been looking at 3/8" and above.

Get an inch pound torque wrench for those small numbers - 7 ft/lb = 84 in/lb.
