I was bored one evening and took the buy it now on a set of non-oem fg splitters from hkparts (no affiliation etc). The global marketplace is amazing, less than 5 days to ship from hong kong to Virginia. I am sure the oem urethane splitters are much better and probably fit better but these aren't half bad for less than half price. Paintscratch took care of the rest.

 

They look good to me. I think I have seen the seller advertising those parts. I am always hesitant doing business with people overseas on ebay. What was the sellers screen name?

I bought a TechArt front splitter for the 964 from the hkparts seller and it arrived as promised in pretty good time and for a good price.

 

This looks like what I need. Could you let me have suppliers contact details and price etc. Fit seems great and a real enhancement to an already good-looking front end - Thanks

 

I got them on ebay from hkparts $199 + shipping. They are fiberglass and they are not a perfect fit. You will have to do some sanding and drilling (for the mounting holes). The real rs splitters are urethane (less likely to crack) and cost 495 euros. They do improve the appearance of the standard US bumper cover.

 

I found the guy on eBay.. but nothing listed? is it hk-parts or hkparts. Been considering a set of front splitters after seeing a local 993 with them installed.

 

Forgive the ignorant question but what are splitters? Is it the full front nose piece or is it just a part of the nose? I've seen the term used many times but don't quite know what it's refering to.

 

Splitters are the outside "wings" on the lower part of the front bumper.They are 2 piece, one for each side.

 

i need some too.....was looking at BetterBodies which I believe are fiberglass as well, but ordering from them is a pain since you need to send a Money Order with pre-calculated shipping.
