The black outer seal on my windshield is starting to come out. Really annoying when the wind catches it and it flutters up. For now its just on the bottom of the passenger side but getting worse. I can't get it to stay down in the grooves anymore. Will a new one solve this problem or should I consider some kind of adhesive?

What annoys me is the area where it took off.
The bottom on the passenger side is the common area most exposed to rust.
IMO, go purchase the seal from your local stealer, it comes cheap (27 euros here)
And go to any cheap window installer, and ask him to check this area.
If rust is found, sometimes he could fix it for nothing.
What I mean, they have special tools that sands the windshield groove. And then apply black silicon anti-rust coat.
It takes a few minutes and could be nothing serious.
