993 C4 Stereo Amplifier
I have a 1996 C4 Cab and the radiostopped working. I traced the problem to the amplifier but I cannot find it. It is not under the seat. Any ideas where I should look?

Amp is only under the seat for cars fitted with the HI-FI option (forgot the option code for now - M490 (sound system) or M680 (DSP option) maybe?)...
If you have the oval shaped covers on the front doors and pockets only under the door lift up tray then the amp should be under the passenger seat (or might not bee if an aftermarket head unit/amp has been put in).
If you have round covers and deep door pocket trays, then the amp is built into the head unit.
