i was looking at a few photos of a couple of c4s' online and i noticed that on one set of headers there seemed to be some writing and on the others there wasnt any. are the ones with writing aftermarket? i was just wondering. tia
I know he is talking about the varioram. But seriously, can you get 300hp out of a 993 just by adding the fabspeed airbox and their supercup's exhaust. Or does doing this give you the feeling of 15 extra HP. I was also looking at their headers but they do not give the HP gain. Also, are headers legal for D Class club racing, or can you only bolt on mufflers.
I havent done the header thing, but the stock exchangers aren't equal length tubes and that is a key to proper flow. Now is it eccential on a 993 ??? Don't know.

Exhaust is free in a stock class. No way are you going to be making 15 HP through an airbox and straight pipes.
Not to thread hijack, but what is the consensus on cat bypasses? They lower torque but free up HP which is better for a track car, yes? Chris, what are your thoughts and have you dyno tested your units? Sorry if I missed a thread on it.
