993 RS & RS CS
I have searched the archives but not found any information regarding the number of cars built.
From my knowledge there were 1014 cars built all together during 1995/1996 of which 123 were clubsport specification. The circa 108 993 Cup cars were additional to these numbers? Is this correct?
993 RS 1014 made
of which
RS CS 123
plus 108 993 Cup cars.
Can anyone confirm?
PS. I have one of 993 RS and one 993 RS CS (instaed of buying a GT3 CS)

1994 & 1995 - Cup-Sport and Carrera Cup (racing cars only) 142
1994 to 1998 - Carrera RSR (racing cars only) 374
1995 & 1996 - Carrera RS 1,387 (includes known racing car production)
1998 - Carrera Cup (racing cars only)

I understand there are supposed to be
1014 standard 993 RS
for the CS these numbers were integrated with the RS, rather than seperate chassis numbers like with the NGT versions of the 964 cars.
I recently spoke with Germanys leading RS specialist who understood between 100-112 CS were made.
With respect to the cup cars, i think your numbers are way out!
Don't forget they made Cuppies in '94 before the RS arrived also 95 & 96
I understand a total of near 300 cup cars were made.
Congrats on running 2 versions of RS. I sold my lightweight to buy a clubsport version. When you arrive at the garage how to you choose which to drive?
