Default 993 Clutch Engagement

I test drove a '95 993 today with 34M miles that I would like to pull the trigger on. I'll get a PPI done next week but I am curious about the clutch. I've noticed that on this particular car, the clutch doesn't engage until almost fully released. What are other 993's like? Is this "high engagement point" normal or indicative of a clutch issue? I've driven several 996's and a 930 which seem to have a lower engagement threshold. I would appreciate any comments. I believe that the 993 clutch is hydraulic and there not adjustable. Is that correct? Thanks.

Wait for the PPI result, it should tell you if this is a concern or not.
In the meantime, do a search. There was a thread about clutch engagement and wear on 08/21 (title: Clutch, when to say when).
Good luck!
