Trying to get my post numbers up it appears!
I am looking for GREAT mechanics in either Spokane, WA or Calgary, AB. I live approx. 4 hours from either. That is going to be my closest option for a great P-mechanic. I would hate to have to go any further than 4 hours.
Are there any other remote Porsche owners who are 2 hours or more from their mechanic? I have often been told here to just stick with a Corvette since mechanics are everywhere. Of course my response is always "but then I would have to drive a Corvette". No thanks.......

Late models (OBD cars), New (June `06) Porsche dealership in Spokane: (509) 210-2010 ask for Service Manager, Tom Grainger is a good guy and friend tell him Lenny told you to call him. Caveat... have not used them yet myself.
Early models (pre OBD), Alpine Motors, Hayden, Idaho: (208) 762-7914 Hartmut Leusehner - great mechanic old school factory trained, services my `87; his true passion is 356's - one of the last 4-Cam engine specialists.
