Need a quick answer please - 03' C4S - Hollow or Solid Spokes?

IIRC stock wheel on a C4S was not hollow. The look just like the turbo twists but are not the technology wheels. First place to save A LOT of unsprung weight on a C4S

 

2003 C4S ? So you mean a 996 ??
if you mean 993 than the answer is solid

 

wheels are coming off a 2003 996 C4S.. I'm interested in buying them and I just wanted to confirm they are the Hollow Spokes as I hear all cars post 01' are Hollow...

 

They'll be going on my 97 C4S

 

sorry, I'll place this question in the 996 forum.. never been there, forgot there is one...

 

It would be best to have the seller(?) or somebody check them by reaching around a spoke. You know how some P-car owners are known to swap parts and mod their cars .....they may or may not be the '03 factory stock wheels...

Back of spoke smooth = hollow
Back of spoke ribbed = solid
