I noticed that the roller of my fan belt sensor was riding about half on/half off the edge of the belt, so I took it out to see what was wrong. It turned out the arm the roller swings on is cracked. Otherwise the sensor is still good. Does anyone have a defective roller that has a good arm, but bad electronics?

Meanwhile, JB Weld to the rescue...
