Default Rocker Panel Dent

I have a self-inflicted (ARRRGH) dent in my passenger's side lower rocker panel about midway fore/aft. The local Porsche dealer had it looked at by a paintless dent removal guy that they use when I had the car in for some other repair, and I was told it couldn't be done. Anyone know 1) if it CAN be done without drilling holes; 2) any reliable dent repair guys in the Tampa area from whom I could get another opinion; 3) if not, how much it might cost to repair/respray?
Thanks

The rocker can be removed and replaced by a good body shop without much problem. I had my pass. side replaced for under 700.00 with paint and installation

A photo of the damage would be helpful. I have a resto / custom shop. I could advise.

As I recall, the rocker on the S is an extention of the rear quarter and cannot be removed independently.
