Glad you opted for the road trip. Isn't the Oregon coast great!
Shame on you! I see you discovered "bug speed" in the 997TT. (That's the speed by which bugs wind up as smears on the windshield vice simply pushed out of the way in the laminar flow.
Apologies to the pilots out there.

Congrats on the new ride B-Line! If you're looking for another road trip, stop by when your movie premiers in Austin and we'll go for dinner. Don't worry, I'll treat. Or maybe just pick me up and we'll head to Houston to Mike's (mglobe) for some smoked salmon.

So, when you're gonna try how corkscrew feels with it?!
P.S. I hope you didn't sell your C2S, it's definitely a keeper.

I thought about the GT3 but I think for a couple reasons, the TT was the right car for me. A) the GT3 are going to be near impossible to get, it would seem, everyone on RL is buying one. B) I am keeping the C2S and since it is modded and tight, I don't need another track Porsche. I wanted something for dual duty, track/street with a little more comfort.
We actually stopped at Laguna Seca on our way home from Portland. We thought about doing a lapping day with Skip but the track was booked up with a 3 day intro to racing school. So we hung out with some instructors we know for a couple min. then hit the road to BIG SUR.
More likely than not, Mr. Animal won't see Laguna Seca. I assume if we are going that far north, we will tow the C2S. (also for Thunderhill, Infieon, etc.)
More likely, Mr. A will see the more local tracks like Buttonwillow, WillowSprings, California Speedway, etc.
