lol.. and here we go again..

I recall this conversation from before..

..there are those who run far away as soon as they hear even AUTOCROSS much less DE track days...

...and then there are those who participate in these events and KNOW that the car has to be maintained better and it is more difficult to hide things and you are most likely getting a car that had a very recent oil change, brake fluid flush, etc. if it sees some DE or autocross action....

So who is better off? I dunno... I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

I'd shy away from PCA CLUB race (especially ENDURO 993s in 2+ hour or 1+ hour races) but 20 minute DE sessions? ..not as hard on a car IMHO as a full hour PLUS race.. (then again that is just my perspective)

I agree with Greg... 98 C2S doesn't come around that often especially a good example one like this. I wouldn't consider this a high mileage car either... just my .02. Good luck.

What a deal, just when I'm stuck between houses too. If this car is still around when I close on my (selling) house in two weeks, I will definitely be interested. Colorado to North Carolina should be a nice drive.

For future reference... if it had been blk/blk, it would have been gone the first day!

Have you tried autotrader.com? Raise the price 5K and give it a try. fwiw, many of us would never buy a used car thru eBay...

Ahhhh... sport seats. Very nice. Good luck with the sale. No bidders yet... maybe it WAS priced just right. I think with those 57k miles, for a 98, $47k is right on the money.
