Patterson, NJ PPI recs?
Just bought a '97 coupe in Tenafly, NJ with 14k miles. Any recs for a ppi in the area? The owner recs an independent shop called Autoworks in Englewood, NJ.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Well, it's no fun because I don't have any pictures to show, but it's a 97 c2 coupe. Ocean blue with grey interior. 14k miles, two owner car. When the current owner bought it a year ago, it had 10k miles on it and had it thoroughly serviced. Otherwise stock with 17" cups, silver gauges, aluminum trim, motorsound, hi fi stereo, and a few others I'm not remembering right now
Adrienne agreed to drive the cab in Austin. The clutch was pretty stiff and slipped while she was driving it. The current owner didn't believe it but I was going to proceed with a ppi and then this car came along. My biggest fear on that one is that I get a ppi and the clutch doesn't slip for the mechanic. Then I have this nagging doubt about it. I believe Adrienne though, and I'm sure it needs some work.
I wasn't completely sold on a cab, as I didn't think I would get to use it with the top down that much here, and I really like the roofline of the coupe. I didn't think I had a shot at such a low mileage car but it fell into my lap for not much more than the cab with 31k miles and not near as many options.
