Cabriolet (1995) Top won't open: fixes?

Did you check the fuse? My fuse blew with my top partially open, but was fortunately able to hijack one from the power seat until I could replace it.

Not yet, but the top was trying to move (making some noises), so I suspect the locking motors aren't unlocking.
