Default Recommended Torque for Wheel Nuts

What is the recommended torque for the wheel nuts? I am afraid to crack the aluminum nuts it I don't use a torque wrench.

92-94 lbs-ft.

Dry threads,....a little anti-seize on the shoulders of the alloy nuts.
