I posted about this two months ago. My battery died and I had to ask someone to drive me home to get my other key. I immediately went to CVS and bought two new batteries. I keep one in the glove compartment. I also bought a new Hand Remote Housing and Lighted Key Head from Pelican:

I took the circuit board out of the oversized, uncomfortable switchblade and placed it in the new housing. I took the key head out of the switchblade and installed it in the key head. Much better!
